I need to set a conditional format on a field that is based on the date of
anither field. Such as: if A is >= B then turn it yellow. I see where you
can change the colors but my7 problem is with the expression.

Did you select Expression Is in the drop down box? Once you
do that then you can enter the expression:

[A] >=

For some reason, the square brackets are important in this
context.
