Conditional Formatting

Is it possible to design a report in Access and apply
conditional formatting? For example there is a total field
on the report if it is a negative value or exceeds a
threshold make it red.

I am not sure this can be done, but if it is possible
please let me know.

Depends on your version of Access. If 2000 or later then look up your
Subject line in Help.
