Is there a way using "Formula Is" in Conditional
Formatting to put in more than one set of criteria for the
same condition.
For example, the cell will be:
Red if the cell data is <1 or >3.5,
Yellow if the cell data is between 1.1 and 1.4 or
3.1 and 3.4,
Green if the cell data is between 1.5 and 3.0.
