Conditional Formatting

Hey all,

I have very complex perameters for my conditional formatting on various
fields. I need to find a way to copy this formatting and put it to another
field. Is there a way I am able to do this? It will take far too long to do
this manually on each field due to the length of formatting. Thanks for the
help!

You could save out your template as individual files and edit the view .xsl
file for this. Always make a backup of your files before making manual
edits. You will need to locate the conditional formatting in the XSL and
then copy/paste to the other areas, fixing up XPaths as you go.

However, if you are not proficient in XSL, I would suggest not doing this
approach and just doing it the long way through the designer.

You can do something similar with rules in the manifest.xsf file.

Hey Greg,

Ill take that approach, was hoping there might have been a quick fix i was
not aware of but sounds like thats the best idea, thanks for the help
