Conditional header using fields - STYLEREF

Hi All

I have a large document.
* Where there is text with Heading 2 style on a page, I would like the
text with the Heading 2 style to appear in the header.
* Where there is text with no Heading 2 style on a page, I would like
the text with Heading 1 style to appear as the Header.

Any suggestions?
