Conditional Pagination

Marc

I have a report that shows data for groups of data. Each group takes from
one inch to two inches to display on a page. The problem is that Access does
not keep the group together on a page when the group is the last item. How
to I control the pagination to ensure that the entire group is included on
the page or that it goes to the next page.

Here is the current structure of the report.

Hi Marc,

Select the group that you want to keep together in the Sorting and Grouping
dialog box, then set the Keep Together property for that group to Whole
Group.

HTH,

Rob
