Conditional weighted averages???

Hey excel ninjas.

Ive got this killer report to attempt, and i need a
conditional weighted average.
I am aware of the conditional sum formulas, and also the
loverly wizard that is an add-in, but i can't figure this
one out.

column A (tab 1) has a name. column R (tab2) has a
integer, column Q (tab 2) has a real number (score).
column A appears numerous times in tab2 in column C.

any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What is to be averaged, where are the weights, what is the condition?
