Conduit crashes HotSync manager

When I try to open the MS Entourage conduit from Hotsync it crashes
Hotsync! All other conduits work well. Previously it worked fine. What
can I do to fix this. Please help.

I see that you updated Entourage. Did you also install the new version
of the conduit for 10.1.4???
