Conecting to Sharepoint Services by using Project server 2003

Hi

When i try to connect to sharepoint services, I've received the next error:
"There are no templates installed on the specified server running Windows
SharePoint Services. Verify that the web server is properly extended with
Windows SharePoint Services."

What can I do????????????
