How do I add a confidentialy and disclaimer message to the bottom of all
users e-mails? Is there a way to do this in Outlook 2003 & 2007 without
having to add it to everyone's signature? Thanks

We are a CPA firm and do send out client information so we would like to add
a disclaimer

On the one hand, I fully agree with Milly. It doesn't really mean anything
and, frankly, putting something on the bottom of the email that says 'We
don't share customer information!' just sounds, well, silly.

But, you want to do what you want to do. So, go hit google and search on
disclaimer exchange 2003 and you'll get quite a few hits that either help
you write a solution, or point to ones you can purchase. May even be some
free things out there. If you need help with them, the
microsoft.public.exchange.* newsgroups will be more helpful than the Outlook
ones.
