Config page for project server is not working

I'm trying to install project server 2003 on our Win server 2003. I'm using
MSDE SP3 for the database provider. After the installation, when I try to
access the "Microsoft Project Server configuration" from the Start menu, the
page is empty (the page cannot be displayed http 500 internal errors).
I'm running out of option.
I have install:
- MSDE SP3 (using sql identification)
- Share point service 2.0
- Use the "Windows Share point service wizard" (from the Project server
install cd)
- Intall Project Server 2003
I got no error on the installation. I'm using domain user names.
I have check:
The database is create properly.
Share point is working fine.

It look to me something is wrong with IIS setting. I have tried to setup
another web site (on another port numer) and give FULL access. Nothing seem
to work.

I have also tried to install Project server (no share point) and I got the
same result.

Hope somebody can help me!

Hello Stephane,
Please try :
Open your IIS manager, find the virtual server which you installed the
project server. Under the ProjectServer virtual directory, find ISAPI. And,
make the Directory Secrity as Enalbe anonymous access.
