Hello, guys. There is something I do not understand. I want to
configure my Outlook automatically. So I created a PRF file with OCT.
Then I proceeded as described here:
Specify the PRF file as a command-line option for Outlook.exe to
import a PRF file without prompting the user. Example: outlook.exe /
importprf \\server1\share\outlook.prf.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179062.aspx
But nothing happened! A new backup profile was created but without the
account I specified in the PRF-File. OK, then I created a MSP file
based on this PRF file and clicked on it. The account data were
inserted then. Then I deleted the account from within Outlook and
executed the MSP file again. I expected that the account would be
entered again. But not at all! It was not entered. So I am quite
perplex. Why did Outlook not import the PRF file? Why did the MSP file
not work the second time?
Does anybody know?
