configuration for the Sychronization with the ACtive Directory

Hi,

I have already installed the project server 2007 but I did a mistake:
I installed eveything with a local account. Then, in all
configurations I started using a domain account.

Because of this I'm facing some issues, specifically with the Active
Directory sychronization. When I try to access Operational
Policies-Active Directory Resource Pool Synchronization in the PWA, I
get the following errors:
*********************************
Active Directory Group

There was a problem accessing the Active Directory global catalog.
Check that the following are true. 1. The Shared Services Provider
(SSP) server can access an Active Directory domain controller hosting
a copy of the global catalog. 2. The Windows account used for the SSP
service credentials can read from the global catalog.

Synchronization Status

The synchronization failed because the Active Directory group was not
found. If the Active Directory group no longer exists, click Clear
Group to clear Active Directory information for the group.
***********************************************

I've also researched in logos of the Sharepoint and as far as I can
see when it tries to connect to the Active Directory it does it
through the local account and then it i impossible.

What I'd like to know is:

- Is there anyway I can define in the EMP the complete configuration
for the Sychronization with the ACtive Directory? If so, how?

- Is it possible to add now a domain account at the installing options?

I strongly recommend that you uninstall and reinstall Project Server
using the correct accounts. You can reuse the four Project Server
databases and not lose any Project data. (You would lose project
workspaces unless you reuse the SSP Content DB.) There are many
components to Project Server 2007 and it is difficult to know which
pieces you have installed and configured with the local account, and
which are using the appropriate Domain account.

If this is a test or development server, this isn't important, but if
it is destined for production, you really need to get this right so
that you can be confident that any later issues are not related to the
setup.
