Configuration of Person Folders for Deployment

We are using the Custom Installation Wizard and setting up Personal Folders
for enterprise wide deployment. We cannot seem to get the Personal Folder
service setup using the CIW. We specified the account to add and it is
listed in the MST, i am wondering if the path set inside the configuration
may be the issue here. We have it going to a network drive. We have tried
several variables and even the full UNC path but no luck so far. Any ideas?

Although I would expect a UNC path to work, PST files are not supported on network drives. Microsoft warns that higher network traffic and data corruption may occur.
