Configuration of SharePoint Products and Technologies failed.

Hi:

I tried to migrate Project Server 2003 to Project Server 2007; I ran PRESCAN
/all and with no errors, I have to install .NET framework 3.0 then with SP
1, all ran successfully. Then I installed Windows SharePoint V3 (with inline
upgrade of V2.0) then SP1, I also ran SharePoint Products and Technologies
configuration wizard (finished all 10 steps)and finished successfully. So I
proceed to install Project Server 2007, it ran succeessfully, however, after
the installation I ran the Sharepoint Products and Technologies
Configuration Wizard, it ran up 8 of 9 steps witout problem, but errorred on
step 9, I showed "Upgrade complete with errors. Review the upgrade log file
located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server
Extensions\12\Logs\Upgrade.log. The number of Errors and Warnings is listed
at the end of the upgrade log file.". Followed by Event ID 104: Failed to
upgrade SharePoint Products and technologies: Further information regarding
this failure can be found at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\Logs\Upgrade.log. An exception of type
Microsoft SharePoint PostSetupConfiguration.
PostSetupConfigurationTaskException was thrown. Additional exception
information: Failed to upgrade SharePoint Products and Technologies.
Microsoft SharePoint PostSetupConfiguration.
PostSetupConfigurationTaskException: Exception og type 'Microsoft SharePoint
PostSetupConfiguration. PostSetupConfiguration Task Exception' was thrown.
at Microsoft SharePoint PostSetupConfiguration. UpgradeTask Run() at
Microsoft SharePoint PostSetupConfiguration. Task Thread Execute Task()
Followed by event id 100: Configuration of SharePoint Products and
Technologies failed. Configuration must be performed in order for this
product to operate properly. To diagnose the problem, review the extended
error information located at C:\Program files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Web Server
Extensions\12\Logs\PSCDiagnostics_10_92008_14_37_2_619_525465101.log fix the
problem. and run this configuration wizard again.

I checked the upgrade.log and found:
