Configure a proxy server in outlook 2003

Hi all,

I am trying to access a pop account in Outlook 2003 that
is curently configured with an exchange server.

I have settings for my company's proxy's that work in
Yahoo! Messenger and IE and are currently configured
under LAN settings in the IE Internet connections.

How do I configure Outlook to recognize my proxy
settings, and if there is no way to do this is there any
good 3rd party software that works?
