Configure appearance of the 'From' box

If I give a user the 'Send on Behalf' permission for a users mailbox,
you need to put this users mailadress at the From... box. This works
fine however, is there a way that a drop down box will appear with
only the mail adresses the delegated user can send from. If you now
click on From, it will show the complete list with e-mail adresses.

So if I give user A permission to send on behalf of user B and C, I
would like to have a dropdown box at the From field that show the
mailadress form user B and C.
