one of my users swears that prior to our recent upgrade to exchange with
outlook 2003, if a message was delivered to a subfolder due to a rule,
outlook would automatically expand the relevant subfolders to show that there
was a new message in that folder. Now no one has that functionality.
Is there a way to configure Outlook2003 so that if users have rules that
route messages to subfolders, and a message is automatically delivered to a
subfolder, the folder tree will expand in the navigation pane to indicate the
location of new messages?
thanks,
Rob
