Configure BCM Everytime I Open OL 2007

I recently migrated from Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager on an XP
OS to Outlook 2007 with BCM on a new computer running Vista Home Premium.
Every time I start OL 2007 I get the message "Outlook cannot complete your
last action..." and then must "Configure" BCM by selecting the database I
use. Each time I re-start Outlook I must re-configure BCM. How can I stop
this from occurring?

First thing I'd check is if the BCM sqlserver service is running. Look
for an NT service with MSSMLBIZ in the name.
