Configure mobile email account

I can receive email on my mobile 6 device, but when I send, i get a message
saying check coverage and account settings. What am I doing wrong. It is a
POP 3 account?

You probably need to set your SMTP server to use authentication or use the
one of your mobile provider.
Contact support of your telephone company to learn their settings.
