configure oulook to use googlemail for tiscali

Hi,
I have been given a new email address which uses Tiscali which is fine when
I am in the office and can access Tiscali but not at home as although I can
receive emails, I can't send them.
I have been told that I can configure Outlook to send emails via my
googlemail account.
Any suggestions ?
