Configure receive for individual email addresses

I have a single account with my email provider, with several email aliases.

Under Outlook Express I can create a rule to prevent downloading of mail
sent to a particular email alias using the tools, message rules, mail, mail
rules commands.

This is a highly convenient feature as we save cost having only one email
account, but each user in the family can get their own mail on their own pc
as they have their own alias.

I have not been able to find a similar feature under Outlook 2003 - is there
one?

If these email aliases have seperate passwords then create other profiles.
However if it is a catchall account there is no feature in OL other than to
direct, with rules, to seperate folders.
