Configuring additional timezone in MS Outlook 2007

M

Mukund Chiplunkar

I would like to configure an additional timezone to show daily appointments
in my calendar. When I try to do that by selecting <Tools> <Options>
<Calendar Options> <Time Zone> and checking "Show an additional time zone"
under <Additional Time Zone> I get only one option (GMT+5:30) in the drop
box. This is same as my existing time zone, which is IST (Indian Standard
Time). I would like something like (GMT-5:30) with DST option. Is there
something, I am missing?

Thanks in advance for your response.

how many time zones are in the list used by your home time zone? how many
are available in the window's time zone setting? This list is picked up
from the windows time zones and should have every zone installed on your
computer.

Diane
You are perfectly right. I had noticed that only one time zone is somehow
showing up in Windows "Date and Time" applet. But I did not think it would
affect anything else. Anyhow, now the real question is how to make all the
time zones available in that applet. Do you know the answer to that?
I really appreciate your quick response.
