configuring an account

good morning, i am using outlook as my email program. i have my adelphia
account set up with no problems. we have a business web site set up and
maintained by an outside source, from the site you can send an email for more
info. we used to use earthlink and the mail would go there. i have disabled
earthlink from recieving any email from this account. my problem is i
configured an account in outlook and it tests good but when i send an email
it is not recieved. if i enable the earthlink account it will be recieved.
wondering if maybe the company web site needs to have a change to where the
mail is directed or if the settings i have are incorrect?

in the account info there is ( info+ ) and ( info@ )
