Hi - a really basic problem here. Decided to try and connect to work
email/calendar etc from home. Started Outlook for first time on home PC.
Musthav eentered name of work exchange server incorrectly or done something
else wrong. Now when I try and start Outlook I get <configuring outlook
accounts> then <MS Exchange server is not available> I click work offlilne
but then I get <unable to open your default email folders your profile is not
configured> and Outlook shuts down. All the articles on MS help pages need
Outlook to be open and I can't get it to stay open for more than a few
seconds as it always runs through the above cycle and then switches off.
What do I do to get out of this? Thanks, David
