Hi,
I have the following scenario for which i need a solution:
Scenario:
---------
We are a group of 6 companies with each company having different email ID.
All the 6 ids are configured on a single machine so i get complete track of all the mails received across group companies at one single point
The addressbook (contacts) are common for all the companies, hence they are on shared basis.
Solution Required :
------------------
I want to know how can i configure my contacts / email accounts so that when i send / create / reply / forward any mail to a specific recipient(s) then it should automatically go through the configured email id only (i.e. one of the 6 ids only)
Technical Details
------------------
MS WINDOWS 7 (32 BIT) AND MS OFFICE 2010 STANDARD EDITION
THERE IS NO SERVER - CLIENT ARCHITECTURE, SIMPLE LAN BASED MECHANISM WITH INDIVIDUAL NODES HAVING MS OUTLOOK CONFIGURED FOR SENDING MAILS.
Any help / guidance will be highly appreciated.
Regards
