Configuring Outlook

I am trying to sync Outlook with my PDA. The folks at
Sony tell me that my Outlook needs to be re-configured in
order to change the default folder. They say that in
order to do that, I have to uninstall and then reinstall
Outlook thereby losing all of my data.

Is there another way to change my defaul folder?

What version of Outlook are you using and to what folder are you trying to
synchonise. Also what needs to be reconfigured in Outlook according to Sony?
(as you probably need to change someting or reinstalling Outlook won't help
a bit).

Anyway, all information is stored in a *.pst file. Make sure you include
hidden and system files and folders when searching for the items.
