Configuring Project Professional & Server for ROI Dashboards

More of the clients I deal with want to see more variety of Return On
Investment(ROI) views in the Project Center and Portfolio Analyzer views of
project server.

Although this will depend upon various industries and Key Performance
Indicator (KPI's), does anyone recommend or mind sharing experiences and
examples using various sets of ROI applicable outline codes, custom fields,
equations with indicators and built portfolio analyzer views?
