Configuring Resource Settings?

Are there any other ways of configuring Outlook resource settings besides
OWA? I have tried to change some setting using OWA and it seems that they
will not work.
What are my options?

What settings are you trying to set? What version of Exchange? The admin
may be able to make some changes on the server, otherwise, you need to do it
in Outlook.
