Configuring sample database

I am trying to configure the project server sample database from the Sample
Data Configuration Wizard but I get the following error
" Microsoft Analysis Server with Service Pack 3 must be installed before
configuring the sample database"
I have analysis services installed with SP3a already applied so this error
doesn't make sense.
Can anyone help please?
