Configuring scrolling behavior in outlook.

Configure scrolling behavior in outlook.
When scrolling a folder in outlook (using 2007 beta2 but probably the same
issue in other versions as well) using the scroll bar the list behaves
differently depending on the number of items in it. When scrolling a folder
with a few items in it (about 100) the list items move on the screen wile
moving the scroll bar. When scrolling a folder with many items in it (like
500) the list items does not move until the scroll bar is released. This
makes it hard to navigate in folders containing many items. I guess some
limit is needed due to performance. But it would be really nice if this limit
was configurable or set dynamically depending on system performance.
