Configuring tasks in weeks not days

Simply enter the durations in weeks. An entry of 3m is minutes, 3h is
hours, 3d is days, 3w is weeks, and 3mon is months.

If you wish to define the task duration or work in weeks, type in a "w"
after the number, e.g. "72w" for 72 weeks.

Hi

in addition to the other comments, be aware that Project still thinks in
minutes and takes your definition of a week from what is entered under tools
/ options / calendar. It is important to ensure that you have the right
definition for a week before you enter any tasks using "weeks" as a
duration.
