Configuring the Junk mail Settings remotely/script/policy?

I'd like to set up our sales peoples laptops with some company standards for
handling junk mail. I have a list of domains for our customers that I want
to add to the safe senders list.

My question is. Is there a way I can configure the Junk E-Mail settings of
the Client from a Login Script or Group Policy or a script they run? I can
push the Safe Sender Domain list to the machine, so that is not an issue. I
would need a way to import that list into outlook.
