Configuring web access to forward mail to outlook on pc for smartp

How exactly can I set up for outlook web access to send the email directly to
the outlook express on my PC? I need for treo 600.. if I can get my emails
to automatically go to the outlook express then they will automatically
update and be sent directly to my phone.... please help!
