Confirm Text Deletions

I know this is simple, but it's been a long time since I have had to fix it.
How do you turn OFF having Word ask you if you are sure you want to delete
that blocked text? (You block some text, hit "Delete", Word makes you
confirm that you, in fact, want to delete the selected text)
