confirmation page has no theme

I have created a form, figured out validating the fields, I can get a
confirmation page showing me the results of what has been entered in the
fields or it shows the errors and says go back and fix it. Then it emails me
the info. So far so good.

The confirm page is plain white and not showing the theme like the rest of
the site. I would like it to match the page theme.
I look for the page to edit it. it shows results are coming from
ipaddy/folderfor site/_vti_bin.
In FrontPage even with hidden folders showing this does not show any folder
or page with this name.
Looking into the folders on the web the _vti_bin contains two empty folders.
The document I receive results from is called something.shtml. I cannot find
such a file anywhere to edit it.
This page I guess is generated somewhere but I cannot find how or where.
I like the info that shows up on this page and only want to modify the theme
but I can't if I can't find it.
Must I make a custom confirm page??

second issue: when the user makes an error and goes back to correct all the
fields are blanked out and they have to start over. What is a good method to
blank only the wrongly entered info and leave the rest??

You have to create a custom confirmation page, you can not modify the default confirmation page,
except by applying a theme.

Create a customised confimration screen (a normal html page) then in form
properties, specify the custom page in the dialogue box.

The standard confirmation page is generated by the form handler.
