I would like to send a spreadsheet with one worksheet displayed and a
sign-off on that page. Once the person has signed-off other worksheets with
then be accessable (unhidden).

Is this possible?

Something of the sort may be possible but if/what/how depends on the version
of Excel & what operating system both you & the recipient are using -
neither of which are included in your message. I have the impression you
may be using a Windows version but you've posted to the Mac Excel group. If
I'm right you'd do better to ask in one of the PC Excel groups you'll find
on this page:
