Confirmation that the sent mail was read

Hi, all!
I am quite new to Entourage. Was using Outlook so far for many years.
In Enrourage I can not find the following settings, which are available in Outlook:
- Request confirmation that the mail was read by recipient
- Request confirmation that the mail was delivered to the address.

Any hints, if this option is available in Entourage?
