In the past couple of days, I have downloaded updates to both my Norton
Internet Security (and other components of the Norton suite) and Outlook
2003. I'm not sure there is a connection, but all of a sudden, the Norton
Antispam has begun classifying my daily email from the New York Times and the
Wall Street Journal are spam. When I click on the "This is not spam" button,
the Norton process and Outlook freeze, with Outlook having to be closed using
the Windows Task Manager. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is it
likely or even possible that the problem stems from a conflict introduced by
the Outlook and Norton updates?
