Conflict Messages for quota messages, sharepoint tasks, and out of office replies

Any idea on why I would get confict messages for quota message emails,
sharepoint tasks, and out of office replies?

I'm running Outlook 2007 SP1 with Exchange 2007 for the backend. I was
definately having the issue with sharepoint tasks having a conflict when my
mailbox was on an Exchange 2003 backend but cannot be sure on the other two.

Could it be third party products? I have Xobni installed and I also have a
Blackberry device using a BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server) account.
