Conflict of Outlook 2003 and Office 2000

Hi

Having just installed Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003, I
was hoping for an easy life, but then I remembered this is
Microsoft Software.
I now have a situation when a user can look at a mail
message one minute, then go back a minute later, and the
preview is not available any more. Other users go to open
an attachment, and are told that this feature is not
available. If they come out of Outlook and go back in,
this sometimes cures the problem, but invariably, they
have to reboot the PC. I think it has to do with a clash
between the two Office Assistants.
Has anyone had a similar problem, and have they found a
cure?

How are they trying to open the attachment? What is the exact error message
they are getting?

What error message are they getting on the preview?
