Conflict Resolution window does not open

I have been synchronizing the Design Master with one replica for months
now,
with conflicts and the option to resolve them. The last time I
synchronized,
it asked me if I wanted to resolve conflicts and I chose "yes" and the
Conflict Resolution window no longer pops up. I'm having that problem
with
both the Master and the replica. As suggested in Help, I did it again
and it
did not fix the problem. When I emailed the replica to a user, she was
able
to view and resolve the conflicts. I have run a "repair database" but
that
didn't help. Can anyone help? Thank you.
