conflict with explorer or internet

The last few weeks it seems like my onenote has a conflict with
explorer/internet when i select the button to send a web page to one note in
the task bar next to the tools is where the icon is located it starts the one
note transfer window several times and some times opens 6 or 7 differnt one
note notebooks. is there anyway to trouble shot this problem

Start-Program-Accessories-System Tools-Internet Explorer (no add-ons)

Attempt to send web page to OneNote.

If ok, then you know it is one of the add-ons (added recently?) that is
causing the problem.
Also, are you malware free?
