Whenever i open word 2003 i get this message


Microsoft office word has detected that your computer has a version of adobe
Acrobat PDFMaker that is known to cause instabilities in word 2003.To resolve
this issue ,download an update from Adobe systems website.

More information continueanyway Disable Add-in for this session

so how to get rid of this message?

I got the same message. It says to find the PDFMaker.dot and other similar
files for Excel and other Office products and rename them. I did this and the
error message went away. The message I got also said that you should upgrade
the Adobe Acrobat product for full compatability with Office 2003.
