Conflict with Works 2001

I have a new HP Pavilion windows XP and would like to
install Office Suite, Small Business, as well as Works
2001.
Would they interfere with each other?

No interference.
IMO. If you have the Works Suite 2001, I would uninstall Word that is part
of the Works Suite and install Word from the Office package. There will be
less confusion when you Office updates.

BTW. Office XP SBE is for OEM distribution.
