I have a form that Employees use to track Finished Products. After every
completed project an E-Mail is manually generated to the Client that their
Order has been completed.
I do have the list of All Clients & E-mail address's...Can I use an Event
Procedure under "After Update" to Automate sending the Notification E-mails
??? Or a "Macro" ??? I have used Macro's in the Past, but not to open a
seperate Program & send an E-mail.
I would really like it to autofill the Subject line or Body of the E-mail
with a couple of Details that are entered when Project is completed....Order
Name & Finished Product Type.....
Not Sure how to Set this up ??? Any Help is Greatly Appreciated !!!!
