Confused about BCM - Part of Outlook 2003 Pro or Not?

Isn't Business Contact Manager a part of Outlook 2003?
If so, where is it and how do I install it? I don't see
it anywhere on my installation disk, nor does it seem to
me an option in my Setup Wizard.

Business Contact Manager is a separate application that works inside Outlook. It comes on its own CD in the Office Pro and Small Business Edition retail packages, and you must run its setup program separately.

Sue, I'm confused as well. I received my copy of MS Office Pro 2003 as a result of attending a seminar MS put on here in St Louis. There are only two CD's in the package sent to me; one being the Office Pro CD & the other OneNote 2003. There is not a Business Contact Manager CD included even though the literature says it's supposed to be there. Any thoughts as to where the BCM CD is & if it's coming in a later package?

Sue, I also attended a launch and in fact BCM was included in the trial package. I, too am very disappointed that the package I received by mail doesn't have it.

I suspect that BCM is not included in those seminar packages, as it wasn't in the trial copies distributed at the launch events. I'm sure the BCM folks aren't happy about it.

It's certainly caused a lot of confusion. Which launch did you attend, and what did the trial package you received there look like? We're trying to keep track of all the variations in what people are getting.
