I Have built a database that stores general patient data and is connected to
another table for the patients' children in a one to many relationship. The
confusing part is I need a query/report to show the data in a flat file
format. For example, if patient A has 2 children (one male, one female,
different ages), then the query/report heading needs to read Child 1 Gender,
Child 1 Age, etc. for each of the children along with the data from the main
table.
