connect an email address in address book to an access database

I have an access database which has an email field for each entry. Any
changes made to an email address in the database do not automatically update
the email address in my email address book. How can I set this up as I have
to make any changes twice because of this problem?!

I use MS outlook 2003 and Access 2000

There is no inherent connection between a database that you create in Access and any particular folder in Outlook. You'd need to add such a connection with custom code or a third-party tool; see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/database.htm
