Connect an Email sent from an Outlook form to an ACCESS database?

Once a week we would be receiving Emails via Forms with data from 200
locations.
The data sent via the form we would like to capture/download into a database.
Currently that database is ACCESS on our server.
Other than creating the Outlook form to be used, what are the other steps
involved to accomplish this?
